ACA Coach Academies provides the best-in-class ICF Accredited Professional Coaching, Life Coaching, and Academic Coaching Courses through our 100% Online Coaching program. The coach training program teaches professional coaches, life coaches, and academic coaches the foundations of all coaching. These programs are accredited through the International Coaching Federation and designed around their core coaching competencies.
The coaching competencies thoroughly taught in this program provide the groundwork to develop successful coaches who can coach in any niche.

Any academic coaches taking the program will have additional support as students need them.
The International Coaching Federation accredits both of our programs; This includes level 1 and level 2.
The program is designed to train coaches on the foundations of all coaching. It meets the training, mentoring, and evaluation requirements for students to get their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials. This training can be applied to your Mastered Certified Coach (MCC) credentials through the International Coaching Federation through the portfolio pathway.

Level 1 Accredited
Accredit for 72- hours of exceptional coach training. You will grow more personally than anything else. Most of us started training in turmoil and not knowing what the future would be. Some know examples of what they need, and this is all okay! We will foster your passions, find what you want to do, and do it in a way that supports your learning.
Level 2 Accredited
ACA Coach Academies 144-hour program is now Level 2 accredited by ICF. Making it easier to apply and obtain your credential from ICF! Contact us for more details.
How are Level 1 and Level 2 Programs Offered
All programs are offered virtually. See available classes and tuition here. Below is an example of how the program is structured.
Level 1 cohort virtual coach training is offered over 3-6 months. The training portion of the program is offered in 5 weeks or 10 weeks, and mentoring is provided over 3-6 months. During this time, you are working closely with a cohort of other coaches who are immersed in learning coaching skills with you.
This format is flexible and typically runs one weekday a week.
Level 1 requires 31 hours of synchronous class time.
Level 1 is 31 hours of working at your own pace in a learning management system, coaching, and practicing.
Included are observed coaching demonstrations with classmates.
Level 2 add-on virtual coach training: Students who complete the Level 1 program can elect to take the final 10 weeks of our training, which is the Level 2 program. The Level 2 add-on is 72 hours of training and typically takes 3-6 months to complete.
Offers advanced coach training.
Runs typically one weekday a week.
Level 1 graduation is required.
Level 2 cohort virtual coach training is offered over 6-9 months. The training portion of the program is offered in 20 weeks, and mentoring is provided over 3-6 months. During this time, you are working closely with a cohort of other coaches who are immersed in learning coaching skills with you.
This format is flexible and typically runs one weekday a week.
Level 2 requires 62 hours of synchronous class time.
Level 2 is 72 hours working at your own pace in a learning management system, coaching, and practicing.
Included are observed coaching demonstrations with classmates.
